Your days will include:

  • Water use monitoring and reporting
  • Prepare sample kits and scheduling for source water program
  • Prepare water rights licenses and renewals
  • Track and prepare monthly reports
  • Assist in on-site audits and inspections
  • Update any samples in databases
  • Support Directors with special projects
  • Create purchase orders
  • Update contract files
  • Other duties as assigned

To succeed in this role, you possess:

  • 3-5 years administrative experience
  • Environmental/Agricultural experience an asset
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
