PitchIt! Sustainability Workshop and Panel

MEIA is pleased to support this new event for University of Winnipeg students.

Oct 25: Students will attend a workshop to help them prepare for their pitch competition. Following the workshop, a panel discussion of sustainability leaders will give the students an opportunity to ask questions and engage with industry experts.

• Date: October 25, 2024
• Panel Discussion: 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm
  • 30 minute panel + 30 min Q&A
• Location: Room 1L10 on UWinnipeg Main Campus (Access through Ellice Ave)

Nov 15: Finalist teams will present their creative solutions to a panel of judges. The competition will be followed by a reception to celebrate their achievements and network.

PITCH IT! Sustainability is a new competition that seeks creative solutions focused on sustainability. Designed to encourage innovation and to foster community involvement, the competition offers participants valuable networking and educational opportunities. Students will collaborate, innovate, and present their ideas on how to make a greener community.
