RBC Convention Center

8:30 am - Noon

Presented by:

Dr. Yogendra Chaudhry, EP, CRSP
Vice President, Advisory & Training, ECO Canada

The ISO 14000 series of standards address various aspects of environmental management. The ISO 14001 standard was first published in 1996, revised in 2004, and the third edition was published on September 15, 2015. The 2015 edition cancels and replaces the 2004 edition. This session will outline strategies to help ensure a smooth transition to the ISO 14001: 2015 standards. It will identify key changes between the ISO 14001: 2004 and ISO 14001: 2015 standards as well as tools and strategies to prepare and conduct the transition. There are many benefits to transitioning early as the transition requires not only the senior management participation but the participation of employees company-wide.

Light refreshments will be served.
